Newly arrived in my mailbox yesterday was a delivery from the "World of Beauty" postmarked New Mexico - a play on the "Land of Enchantment" - a gift from Jaybird da Vinci at the Placitas headquarters of the Voices from the American Land project. Their inaugural release: "Lo and Behold" a gorgeous chapbook of poems by Joanne Kyger with hand-drawn illustrations by her partner Don Guravich. Introduction by Andrew Schelling.
