Dreams are easily forgotten unless they are written down.

I had 2 very interesting dreams while in Taiwan. On the first day, I dreamt that I was calling one of my teachers and when the answering machine clicked on, it was the voice of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche from the grave. I don't think he had any special message for me, I think he said: leave a message. Dream number two involved my friend Whiting Tennis giving me a refresher in meditation. I was visiting his apartment in New York which he happened to be rehabbing and he said, slow down and remember how to breathe. He walked me thru the steps and I woke up feeling refreshed like I really knew how to breathe again.
