My new plot to make some headway on my family memoir project on Taiwan is to find a good translator of Chinese. I am looking for someone with a strong reading knowledge of Chinese who can translate a historical text (less than 100 pages with many graphics) put out by the local cultural council of Ching Shui in Taichung, Taiwan which I can provide.
