Why Amazon SUCKS: "used" copies of Equivalence which has been out all of 2.5 months are being sold on the site. Some of these "used" copies claim "straight from distributor", "still in shrinkwrap" shipping from MA, NJ, and NM. No doubt these are a handful of many free review copies sent out and now being sent back into the world by individuals to make a quick buck. Reprehensible.
