Dreamed of Owen Wilson the other night, star with Ben Stiller of Starsky and Hutch. Owen, who is a Texan for anybody who did not already know, was hanging out at MacDowell working on his next big project, and boy, was he something with the ladeeeez. We saw Starsky and Hutch this weekend - it was cute. I have a new appreciation for Snoop Dogg who has a big part in the movie as Huggie Bear.

Speaking of movies - The Passion of Christ was a little bit much to take in last week fresh off of work, matinee show at the Harvard theater. The cinematographer did a fine job of making Jim Cazaviel as Jesus look painterly. Not being a Christian myself, the movie filled in a lot of gaps in my knowledge of the New Testament. The messages of all the major religions and their religious figures are the same: compassion, compassion, compassion.
