Ron has an interesting post on the Real Poetik list serve which I very quickly unsubscribed from after receiving a slew of annoying "unsubscribe me" emails. It was about as obnoxious as people sending to the Buffalo or WOMPO lists unsubscribe me messages. It is true that many people who subscribe to these lists are luddites but you would think that they would figure it out and think twice before compounding a problem. That is what the delete button is for.
